0165 (2)(c) The school age room had a radio with a coord that was not made inaccessible to children (Provider fixed during MV). 0165(3)(g) Toddler room had a shelf just to the right of the entry that had flaking paint. and the shelf in the pr-school room had part of the trim missing and cracking exposing the wood. 0165 (2) Plastic bags under the sink in the pre-school class and under the kitchen sink (provider moved(d) them to a locked cabinet while licensor was on site.
